The Khujand we know and love who is Cecilia's husband was born aa Garot'jin but later had his name changed to Khujand; he is NOT the person featured in this character sheet. Their identities were swapped and to avoid confusion, this drug dealer is now considered Garot'jin; the shadow hunter married to Cecilia is considered Khujand.

Reference Material: Grendel in the CGI version of Beowulf (the one with Angelina Jolie) is the biggest inspiration for Groty's appearance, along with traditional Dungeons and Dragons trolls. In terms of his behavior, he's very much based on Pooh Bear, a villain played by Vincent D'Onofrio in The Salton Sea.
